Another Kind Word

There are some days when we feel like the stuffing has been knocked out of us. Where a kind word is no where to be found. We find ourselves retreating – disconnecting from the warp and woof of life. Why bother to engage when there is no chance of civil discourse.

And then a friend calls, and then another. Emails arrive that speak of great affection. We reconnect – re-engage. We get plugged back in.

Life can be and often is a royal pain in the … But it is also a wonderfilled existence. With new adventures that await us – ready to surprise when least expected. Where Chronos is overwhelmed by Kairos – and we experience transcendence – if only for a moment. But what a moment!
