Travelling is easier with a Great Backpack

Backpack web based organizational software, that is.

A number of months ago, Tom Peters did an interview with Jason Fried of 37signals. After reading it and checking 37signals out, I immediately signed up for the free version of Backpack. And promptly forgot about it. (The joys of unexpected major life changes.)

Kathy Sierra, one of my favourite blog writers at Creating Passionate Users wrote about the Passion behind 37signals this week – reminding me of Backpack. (Read Kathy’s post for its insight into passionate companies.) I’ve finally begun to use Backpack and am beginning to access its power. The reminders feature alone makes it worth signing up.

And I’m definitely going to turn Imbi on to using it with her Treo 650.
