Learning what the Grok knows

Those of you who are regular readers of ae know that I spent three days in November at Wizard Academy’s Wizards of Web course in Austin, TX. The brothers Eisenberg are two of the smartest web analyst/conversion rate specialists in the Universe. If the web has any impact on your business or social sector entity, then learning from these gentlemen (and I use that term loosely – they are New Yorkers after all) is a must. One of the ways you can do that before spending money on the course (which is worth every penny and more) is by subscribing to The Grok newsletter (upper right corner of webpage).

This month’s issue looks at the the buying experience of David Cross at the website of a T-Shirt company called C&C California. A good example of how to tick off your visitors without even trying.

Give it a read in light of your own website – or the one you’re planning.
