But Would I Win the Bill Kinnon Award

MacWorld UK reports that Wired has given Steve Jobs…wait for it…the STEVE JOBS Award, which, Wired says, “recognizes sustained excellence and creative genius.” Apparently Jobs couldn’t make it – he was to busy working on the latest update to his Reality Distortion Field. Wired won’t require that upgrade, however.

Now, what would the Bill Kinnon Award be… (I was going to make a disparaging comment about my ability to judge certain religious leader types, but that would be an award from 2004 – not worth mentioning today.)

As a complete aside, and one not quite worthy of it’s own post, I’m really enjoying the new Red Hot Chili Peppers Stadium Arcadium which can be heard blasting out of my kids various music devices. I’m transferring it across the Network from Kaili’s iTunes to mine right now. (Don’t worry, it’s a legal iTunes downloaded version – available on up to five computers in the Kinnon household.)
