Can a 30″ iMac Be Far Behind

Imacs-1
Apple announces their latest and greatest iMac – a 24″ model, this morning. ‘Tis a thing of beauty. Available with up to a 2.33Ghz Intel Dual Core processor, this will be just the ticket for many Mac users and converts. The 17″ and 20″ have been upgraded with new processors and increased cache size – for faster performance.

If a Mac Pro wasn’t on the horizon for me, I’d be ordering one of the 24″ iMacs. It might be the perfect computer for Imbi – as she could run Libronix on it as she works on her Masters in Theological Studies – rather than it running on our rather ancient P4. And she wouldn’t need her reading glasses to view the screen.

The new 24″ is simply gorgeous. And can a 30″ version be far behind?
