Akkk! What a Day!

Normally, I can stare out the window of my home office and see the beautiful R.C. Harris Building across the street from me, and past it, Lake Ontario. Right now, I can barely see across the street. Outside my window the presence of all colours dominates. (That would be “white” for those of you who didn’t take high school physics or Grade 5 science.)

The web site that I’ve mentioned a few times in the last six weeks launched as a beta this morning. I won’t point you to it, yet – because it has a few minor issues. One that affects the viewing of the videos we’ve created. ‘Twould seem that if you use Firefox, then none of the Flash videos show up. They do in Safari. And they did yesterday in Firefox with the site in dev mode. Go figure.

Needed good news was the return of my wife from Israel and the UK after two weeks away. The bad news, jet lag!

Bad news is that my daughter is in a school musical that premiers tonight – and really should be cancelled because of weather.

Other bad news, it’s almost 3pm and I’m blogging in the clothes bloggers are normally accused of wearing. This would be the problem with a home office. (As the Head Lemur mentioned in his most recent post – forgive me for that mental image.)

The good news, the hyperactive puppy is asleep on the couch. (I just put that in so I could use the ecto auto puppy tag.)

What a day.

  1. Hi Bill,

Greetings from Kenya. If you want good days, you should come back over and spend some time here. So much to do and the people are so open, as you well know.

What can I say about bad days? It’s just good that you were searching for some good in with that bad, ’cause the good is always there.

I have decided to have only “10” days since last February, ’06, mainly ’cause I don’t know how many days I have left. I am determined to enjoy them all!

Thanks for all your help over the years. Talk to you soon.
