Christian Volunteer Matching

Evan Donovan asked me to point you to TechMission’s Christian Volunteering site. From their About page: matches volunteers to volunteer opportunities and helps organizations recruit volunteers through online volunteer matching. In many ways is like job matching websites like except that we match volunteers to organizations with volunteer opportunities. Individuals can find opportunities as a local volunteer, virtual volunteer (volunteering from home), short term missionary, or intern at organizations across the US and internationally. Organizations can post volunteer opportunities to recruit volunteers online.

It does look rather interesting. I’d also point you to Guy Kawasaki’s post, The Lessons of Kiva and Mak’s post on One Hit Wonder. Oh, and check out the Kiva Gift Certificates. Those I could get behind. [via Guy]
