I’m Not Dead Yet

The immortal words of St. Monty of Python come to mind at this point in time. I haven’t worked this hard in a long, long time. Up most mornings at 6am and to bed after the next day begins. ‘Tis rather tiring.

Fortunately, I’ve been working with a great client who makes it easy to work hard for them. I’ve just spent two days with my immediate client, recreating what used to be Suite Two in our editing facility. (We live in what was once Scene by Scene. You can go into the Internet Wayback Machine and do a search for sbys.com to find out more about those days, if you’re so inclined.)

It’s been a fun project with too long hours and I will be glad to see its conclusion. Imbi and I head to Europe on Saturday night for a conference in Lisbon where we will be doing some interviewing and then we are off to the UK for a couple of weeks to get some more mission-shaped church stories. Some of that work will be for Allelon and some will be for Imbi’s Master’s Thesis (which will be a documentary, shot in HD, no less). I will do my best to blog the trip.

Have fun in Europe … what a great reward for a job well done!!

  3. so bill, just curious … do you have the entire series of st. monty of python holy grail action figures as sort of iconic inspiration providers for the journey?

    and away! clop-clop, clop-clop, clop-clop.

  4. Are you heading anywhere near the very north of the UK… near the Scottish border. That’s where I am and you’d be welcome to drop by?
