Firefox 3

FirefoxLogo.jpgJust wondering if you’ve switched, yet.

If not, why not.

My experience is that most of my favourite plug-ins still work (except for Xinha! Here) and the browser is simply faster and cleaner. Download Firefox 3 and increase your browsing enjoyment.

  1. Yes, I switched on Download Day (once the servers had stopped crashing). Mostly it’s better, although some sites struggle to load. Some of my favourite extensions don’t work, though, especially my beloved , which I depend on to follow blogs where I’ve commented. I also note it doesn’t save my personal info on Typepad sites any more.

  2. I just downloaded it yesterday and like it a lot – my colorful tabs aren’t working yet, but they catch up quickly.

Going to check out Xinha – what other plug ins do you use??

  3. Yep … I was part of the world record setting download (or something like that).

  4. Yes, I downloaded and I can’t get Adobe Flash to work. Very frustrating.

  5. Heidi,
I use ForecastFox, the Google Toolbar, Xinha! Here in Version 2 – but ScribeFire in this latest version. (Though I would prefer Xinha! Here.)

Flash is working fine for me. How odd.
