Jan’s Still Considering Servant Leadership in Part Three

kinnon —  November 23, 2008 — Leave a comment

My friend Jan continues her Servant Leadership posts with Part Three – and quotes from Seth Godin's book, Tribes – though she adds a twist by replacing "Leaders" with "Servants". A sample:

Servants create a culture around their goal and involve others in that culture.
Servants have an extraordinary amount of curiosity about the world they're trying to change.

Please read the rest at Jan's blog and comment there. I've been reading Jan's blog since I began blogging almost four years ago and she's always worth reading. (Even when she writes about Q. An inside joke, sorry.)

UPDATE: Jan now has Part 4 up. And Ed Brenegar rights a primarily business-focused, complimentary post, Primus inter pares.
